Free shipping on all orders over $150
$10 flat-rate shipping for orders under $150.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking details will be provided once dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been shipped.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes sizing may not be perfect.
Size exchanges are accepted subject to product availability.
We cannot exchange items for a different style or product

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges or replacements are available for faulty items.
We may request photos of the issue to help resolve the matter quickly.
Change of Mind
